Any of our remote starter systems can be returned within 45 days from the date of delivery for any reason, provided the system is in the exact same condition as received, including manuals and internal & external packaging (shipped back in the same box as received).

Even if you installed it and are not happy with the quality and performance of the system, just unplug the system, put everything back in the original box it came in, and email us for an RMA number and return shipping label (So save the box and the manuals etc. for at least 45-Days, this is all we ask and require)
 

Return Shipping is No Charge to You!

Just email us with your ORDER ID, and one of our technicians will email you back an Adobe PDF return shipping label that you can print out to ship the system back to us. No shipping cost deductions or restocking fees will be charged. You will receive 100% of your purchase price refunded to you within 10 days after the return is received. Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment only within 10 days after the return is received.

Store credit can also be provided via a coupon code for the total amount of your purchase and can be applied to any product on our site during checkout. Store credit codes remain valid for 2 years.

2-Year QC Warranty

Even though it's highly unlikely you would ever need warranty service for one of our systems, we know how much of a pain getting a product covered under warranty can be: you call the company, get an RMA#, package it up, go to the post office, pay for return shipping, wait 2 weeks or more to get the part back, etc...

We streamlined the whole process (the "red-carpet" part); once one of our techs determines that a component has failed under normal everyday use and you need a replacement, we will send you out the replacement with a prepaid return package for the part we are replacing, at no expense to you; all your replacement shipping costs are covered under your warranty!

Warranty begins from date of delivery. You are responsible for mailing the warrantied component back to us with the supplied return label within 15 days of receiving your replacement or be subject to shipping and component replacement costs.

We ship all our systems in sturdy, easy-to-open and reclose company-branded boxes. All we ask in order to retain your 45-day 100% money-back performance guarantee is to keep the original box your system was delivered in. So if you find the need to return it, it can be shipped back in the original packaging it was received in. Basically you can look at your payment as a "deposit" for the first 45 days after delivery.

Due to the sensitivity of all automotive aftermarket electronics, any signs of misuse, neglect, or abuse, like scratches on the module, labels removed or damaged, excessive dirt or grime smudges, etc., will void the return option; only technical support and warranty coverage will be provided.
