2006-2012 Ford Fusion Remote Start Installation Overview

• → Required: 2 Ford OEM keys or aftermarket OEM equivalent replacements are required for system-to-vehicle programming. Cloned key replacements will not work. You must have 2 keys to the vehicle that have been separately programmed to the vehicle (a.k.a. Ford PATS keys).
   
• 3 Plugs to Vehicle T-harness Installation: 2 plug-in connections to the vehicle's ignition cylinder assembly and 1 T-harness connection to the vehicle's OBD2 port. No hard wiring required.
   
• No OBD2 Port Blocking: You won't lose normal access to your vehicle's OBD2 port. No unplugging the remote starter system every time you need to use the vehicle's OBD2 port.
