SYSTEM DETAILS:

• 100% In-Vehicle Programming: NO computer, internet access, system updates, or dealer programmer needed.
  Just 1 key to your vehicle is all that's required to program this system to your vehicle.

• 100% Plug-In T-Harness Installation: No wire cutting or splicing. Just 1 plug to your vehicle is all that's required to install this system into a 2014 or 2015 Ford Fusion with a hybrid engine and Push-to-Start Ignition. The plug required is easily accessed at the rear of your vehicle's OBD2 diagnostic connector below the driver's dash.
   
• Works Using Your OEM RKE (Remote Keyless Entry) Remotes: Pressing LOCK 3 times (w/Horn beep ON) on your OEM remote will activate the remote starter, OR, upon request, we can program it for you to activate by pressing the LOCK/UNLOCK/LOCK sequence (w/o Horn beep OFF). Option choice provided during checkout. Settings cannot be changed after installation (unless you send the control module back to us).
   
• Horn Honk OFF During Activation Option: We can program it for you to activate by pressing the LOCK/UNLOCK/LOCK sequence so the vehicle's horn won't beep when activating the remote starter. Option provided during checkout. Settings cannot be changed after installation (unless you send the control module back to us).
   
• Remote Start Range: Since you use your factory keyless entry remotes to activate the system, the range will be the same as the distance that you can currently lock & unlock your vehicle's doors from your factory remotes. Long-range remotes upgrade available.
   
• Vehicle-Specific Factory Fit T-Harness: No wires or extra plugs to sort through that are left over and not used, meant for other Ford vehicles. This provides an easier-to-understand installation and a cleaner, more professional-looking install when finished. SYSTEM FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

• 15-Minute Remote Start Run Time: The system will automatically shut down after 15 minutes, OR you can shut it down sooner the same way you activated it.
   
• 2 Choices of Remote Start Activation Option: You can activate this system only 1 of 2 ways: either by pressing LOCK 3 times (w/Horn beep) on your OEM remote (default setting) OR by pressing the LOCK/UNLOCK/LOCK sequence (w/o Horn beep). Settings cannot be changed after installation. Choices provided during checkout.
   
• Automatic HEAT/AC Activation: Just leave your climate control settings where you want them when parking the vehicle, and the system will automatically turn them on within 10 seconds after you activate the remote starter.
   
• Active Key-Takeover: The engine will not shut down when the driver's door is opened, so you won't have to restart the vehicle again with your key every time after you remote start it. Once you enter the vehicle, you turn the ignition ON, and when you step on the brake to shift the vehicle into gear, the remote starter automatically turns OFF, but the vehicle remains running and goes back to normal operation.
   
• Brake Pedal Monitoring for Safety & Security: If you step on the brake pedal when the vehicle is running by the remote starter BEFORE the ignition is turned on with a key, the remote starter will immediately shut down, and you will have to restart the vehicle with the key.
   
• Open-Hood Monitoring for Safety & Security: The remote starter cannot be activated when the hood is open, and it would shut down if the hood was opened when the vehicle was running by the remote starter (the vehicle must be equipped with a factory-installed hood-pin switch for this feature to work).
   
• Long-Range Remotes Upgrade Ready (sold separately):
  Not getting the distance you need out of your factory remotes? Upgrade anytime during or after installation with no system updates or special programmer necessary.
