Remote start is not an available feature for all 2020 through 2025 Ford Transit vehicles. Your vehicle must be Ford app capable (formerly known as the FordPass app) or equipped with SYNC^® or with the Remote Start option found in the menu display settings, and the vehicle’s modem must be active. In some circumstances, it may require a Ford service dept. to enable the ability to have this feature.

Ford Transit Remote Start Safety & Security Features:

• Brake Pedal Monitoring for Security: The steering column remains locked, and the remote starter will immediately shut down if the brake pedal is stepped on before the ignition is turned on.
