Shipped Insured: In the rare event that your system gets lost or damaged in transit, we cover the claim and just ship you another unit; there's nothing you need to do. Please note that this only insures delivery and not deliveries lost or stolen after the fact.

2-Year Warranty
Though it's highly unlikely you would ever need warranty service for one of Fortin's systems, in the rare event, once one of our techs determines the problem, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label for the part we are replacing atno expense to you; all replacement costs are covered under your warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
And once you mail your return and our auto-tracking system confirms shipment, we will send you out your replacement while your return is still in transit. No waiting weeks for a warranty exchange.
45-Day Free Returns
If within 45 days from the date of delivery you're not totally satisfied with the quality you received on delivery or performance after installation, or just need to return it for any reason, just put everything back into the *original box, send us an email or give us a call, and one of our technicians will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You will receive a full refund with no shipping deductions or restocking fees.
*We ship all our remote starter systems in quality resealable boxes; please save the original box to retain your 45 day free return entitlement.
